1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account: your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect job-related data you or your supervisor enter into the platform (job details, status updates, assignments).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate CrewCmds: authenticating your account, assigning and displaying jobs, sending job notifications via email, and generating reports for your organization's supervisors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and hosted on servers in the United States. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
4. Email Communications
We send transactional emails only: job assignment notifications, daily reminders, and account setup / password-reset links. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated by a supervisor, your profile and job history remain in the system for reporting purposes. To request deletion, contact your supervisor or reach us at the address below.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
