1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CrewCmds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify your supervisor immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account credentials with others.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CrewCmds only for its intended purpose: managing crew job assignments and status within your organization. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Data Ownership
Your organization's job and client data belongs to your organization. We do not claim ownership over any content you enter into CrewCmds.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may cause brief outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Termination
A supervisor may deactivate your account at any time. We may terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrewCmds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CrewCmds after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
